Canadian and USA trip final

It is about time I finished the Canadian/American adventure. Apart from the occasional editing and word addition the only thing to add over time will be more photographs and some video.

To finish the tale I can really only say that business class is the only way to fly. Plenty of room, great service and a good bed.

Customs in Australia was probably the most stringent. We announced we had ventured through the Canadian wilds, howeversomewhere as Virgin Blue transfer station. In the end we were pretty rushed to get our connecting flight. Once away however the flight was relaxing. The cabin crew were intrigued why I was reading a book on what is done with dead bodies. After I explained my macabre interest they settled into serving the rest of the passengers.

We arrived home surprisingly refreshed by 11:30. After some unpacking and sorting settled back into the norm of things. We were all in bed by 2030 though.

Kylies luggage did eventually turn up, with compensation coming about 4 months later. Still, all told the adventure was sensational.
